  • Sessions may still end at the originally scheduled time

  • Lost time due to lateness may not be extended

  • After 15 minutes, the booking may be considered a completed no-show

No refunds, credits, or replacement sessions are guaranteed for:

  • Missed appointments

  • Late attendance

  • Technical issues on the customer side

  • Failure to appear
