These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases, bookings, and use of services provided by Jeremy Melodious (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, booking, or accessing any service, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.
1. SERVICE AGREEMENT
By purchasing or booking any service, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.
All services are provided by Jeremy Melodious and are delivered as described at the time of purchase.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Video chat sessions (1:1 or group where applicable)
Custom video creation
Personalized creative and digital deliverables
Music, content, or other creative services as listed in the store
All services are custom, time-based, and digitally delivered or performed.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Payment confirms your reservation of time, creative labor, and preparation.
Work begins immediately upon purchase in the form of scheduling, planning, or preparation.
3. FINAL SALE POLICY (STRICT NO REFUNDS)
All sales are final.
Due to the personalized and time-based nature of services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind after purchase
Scheduling conflicts on the Client’s side
Missed sessions or late arrival
Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
Failure to attend or respond
Misinterpretation of service description
By purchasing, you acknowledge that payment covers reserved time, expertise, and preparation, not a physical product.
4. DELIVERY & SERVICE COMPLETION
A service is considered fully delivered and completed when:
A scheduled video chat session is completed, OR
A custom digital deliverable is delivered to the Client
Once completed, the service is deemed fully satisfied regardless of subjective preference, interpretation, or expectation differences not explicitly agreed upon in writing before purchase.
5. RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling is permitted under strict conditions:
Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
Requests within 24 hours are not guaranteed and may be denied
Each booking may be rescheduled one (1) time only
Rescheduled sessions must occur within 14 days of the original appointment
Failure to attend without proper rescheduling results in full forfeiture of the session.
6. LATE ARRIVAL & NO-SHOW POLICY
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for video chat sessions
After 10 minutes, the session may be shortened at Provider discretion
After 15 minutes of no-show, the session is considered fully completed
No refunds, credits, or extensions will be issued for lateness or missed sessions.
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate booking and contact information
Ensure proper internet connection and device readiness
Arrive on time and prepared for the session
Clearly communicate expectations prior to or during the service
Failure to meet these responsibilities does not qualify for refunds, extensions, or compensation.
8. COMMUNICATION TERMS
Services are limited strictly to the purchased scope
No ongoing messaging, coaching, or unlimited support is included unless explicitly stated in the service description
Follow-up communication is not guaranteed unless part of a purchased package
All communication must remain respectful and professional
We reserve the right to discontinue communication if boundaries are violated.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
All content, recordings, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of the Provider unless otherwise agreed in writing
Upon full delivery, Clients receive a personal-use license only, unless commercial rights are explicitly granted
Redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without written permission
10. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any booking at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
Abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior
Attempts to misuse, exploit, or manipulate services
Technical, personal, or operational limitations preventing proper delivery
If cancellation occurs before service delivery, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at Provider discretion.
11. NO WARRANTY & SUBJECTIVITY CLAUSE
All services are provided “as is” and are inherently subjective in nature.
