Booking Terms
1. Service Agreement
By purchasing or booking any service, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. All services are provided by Jeremy (“Provider”) and are delivered as described at the time of purchase.
All bookings are for personalized digital services, including but not limited to video chat sessions, custom videos, or related creative deliverables.
2. Final Sale Policy (No Refunds)
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Due to the time, preparation, and personalization involved in each service, refunds will not be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after booking
- Scheduling conflicts from the client’s side
- Missed sessions or late arrivals
- Dissatisfaction with subjective creative output or conversational outcomes
- Failure to attend or respond
By booking, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are for reserved time, expertise, and preparation, which begin immediately upon purchase.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is only permitted if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
- Requests made within 24 hours of the session are not guaranteed and may be denied
- Each booking may be rescheduled one (1) time only
- Rescheduled sessions must occur within 14 days of the original date
Failure to attend a scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the booking.
4. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
- A grace period of 10 minutes is provided for video chat sessions
- After 10 minutes, the session may be shortened or marked as completed
- After 15 minutes of no-show, the session is considered completed in full
No refunds or extensions will be issued for lateness or missed attendance.
5. Delivery & Service Fulfillment
All services are considered fulfilled once:
- A video chat session has been completed, OR
- A custom video or digital deliverable has been delivered to the Client
Subjective preferences (tone, style, interpretation, or expectations not explicitly stated prior to booking) do not qualify as grounds for refund or dispute.
6. Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information
- Ensuring device/internet readiness for video sessions
- Attending on time and prepared
- Clearly communicating requests and expectations prior to or during the session
Failure to do so does not qualify for compensation or refund.
7. Communication Boundaries
All services are conducted within the agreed session or delivery scope.
- No ongoing or unlimited messaging is included unless explicitly stated
- Follow-up communication is not guaranteed unless part of a purchased package
- Respectful and professional communication is required at all times
8. Intellectual Property
All custom content, recordings, or creative outputs remain the intellectual property of the Provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use delivered content for personal use only unless commercial rights are explicitly granted.
9. Right to Refuse Service
The Provider reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate service at any time if:
- The Client engages in abusive, inappropriate, or harassing behavior
- The Client attempts to exploit or misuse the service
- Technical or personal limitations prevent proper service delivery
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
10. Force Majeure
The Provider is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Internet or platform outages
- Illness or emergencies
- Natural disasters or technical failures
In such cases, reasonable rescheduling will be offered where possible.
11. Agreement Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase or booking, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You agree to abide by them in full
- You understand that all sales are final and non-refundable
